3. ORDER Payment Confirmation | Your spot will be reserved upon payment.

4. CHECK IN | Enter the classroom space 5 minutes before the start of the course.

5. FITTING | Choose the style and width and begin the class.

ＮＯＴＩＣＥ Friendly Reminder

This is a single-piece workshop. You can make two rings (or bracelets) simultaneously but you have to select a quantity of 2. If your booking is for a couple, please select a quantity of 2, If each person wishes to do 2 pieces, select a quantity of 4 and so.

If uncertain about the size for gifting, the instructor will provide suggestions.

| Cancellation Policy |

・To protect your rights, a 20% handling fee (total original price) will be charged for ticket refunds after payment.

・Cancellation is not accepted within 7 days prior to the course but can be rescheduled by paying an additional 30% of the total original price for venue and teacher fees. Rescheduling is only allowed on Tuesdays to Thursdays, excluding holidays. (Please refer to the date change method below).

* For those who booked with cultural currency, the 30% fee will be based on the total reservation quantity filled in the final remarks.

| Late Arrival Policy |

・Entrance opens 5 minutes before the event. Those who arrive more than 10 minutes late or do not attend the course will not be able to enter or receive a refund. For group reservations, if only one person arrives first, it does not represent other participants. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be able to participate, and the course will be canceled without a refund.

(This course is a single experiential course with hands-on nature, and it takes some time to complete the work. Late arrival will affect the quality of the course and the rights of other students.)

| Date Change Method |

・Free rescheduling is allowed if it is more than 7 days before the course.

・Activities that have been rescheduled are non-refundable and not subject to the late arrival refund policy. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.

・For rescheduling, please contact MixGene staff through the Facebook page immediately.

｜Other Matters｜

・Participants must be 8 years old or older to participate in this activity. Those under 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent.

・Only ticket holders can participate in the experience. Non-ticket holders are not allowed to enter or observe the experience. Two people cannot make one item together. If two people want to make one item together, the experience course fee for two people will be charged.

・As the course emphasizes free expression in handcrafting, each piece of jewelry will have its unique appearance due to differences in everyone's hammering angles and techniques. It may differ from the templates provided on-site.

｜Special Attention｜

· In case of rain, traffic, or if students are unfamiliar with the location, please arrive early to the zone to avoid unexpected events.

・The experiential course will have event-side photography. After the course, the photos will be provided to the students and might uploaded to the brand's Facebook fan page and IG after the event. They might be used for event records or other enrollment channel promotions. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance of the event.
