The muskrat, also known as the "swamp squirrel” due to its favorable habitat. 

They are excellent swimmers which use their tails to propel in water. Although they look identical with beavers,

a notable difference is their tails are rather smaller and thinner compared to the leather-like beaver tails. 

Male muskrats secrete musk during breeding season which takes place within April to September,

 the substance is used as a raw material to manufacture musk perfumes.

 居住在濕地，包括池塘、湖、沼澤及河岸，因而得到「沼澤松鼠」的暱稱。

牠們是很好的游泳者，在水中，他們用自己的尾巴推進。雖然牠們像海狸，但牠們的尾巴較海狸皮革般的獨特尾巴小和瘦。

雄性沼澤松鼠在4-9月繁殖期間分泌出麝香，是製造麝香香水的的原料之一。

作品擷取動物下顎的型態，強而有力並帶著神秘般的氣息。
